Canvas Course Not Published

Canvas Course Not Published - Is there anything to be worried about? I created an assignment, and it says it is published in the teacher view. Students are not able to access the courses until (1) they are published and (2) the course dates are in effect I signed up for 2 summer classes, and only one of them has been published on canvas. The file is visible to students in modules, in the file viewer (if enabled for students), and through links that take them directly to it. Unpublished courses are courses in preparation; They are courses being authored by instructors, instructional designers, and administrators. However, when i switch to student view, it doesn't show any assignments due. The class that starts today isn't there, so should i just wait? There are a number of reasons why a course displays as not published;

Courses do not show up in canvas immediately after registering in sis. If a course has not yet been published by the instructor, the student will need to work with their instructor to remedy the situation. I'll Go But What Should I Do If I Still Can't See Them By The End Of Today?

When first created, canvas courses are not published, meaning that they are unavailable for students to view. If a course says “no” under published then the teacher has not published the course yet for students and you will not be able to see it yet.
